Hanksville Town Rentals: Now Pay Online at Booking!

Town Clerk

Hey Hanksville! We’ve got an exciting update to make renting our town buildings even easier for you. While many of you have been using our online rental form for some time now, we’re happy to announce a new feature: you can now make payments online at the time of booking!

What’s New?

In the past, many of you have called the town clerk to handle your rental requests, not realizing that the form has been available on our website. Now, with this new update, not only can you submit your rental requests online, but you can also complete payment right away once your booking is approved. This makes the process smoother, faster, and more convenient for everyone!

How It Works

  • Step 1: Visit our town website and go to the Reservations section that is listed under the Government tab.

  • Step 2: Fill out the rental form for your desired building—whether it’s the Firehouse, Town Hall, or Old Church. Specify the requested rental period.

  • Step 3: You will then be guided through the online payment process and be able to pay immediately online!

  • Step 4: The town clerk will email you a confirmation or rejection* of your requested booking dates. *If rejected a full refund will be issued.

No more waiting to settle payments through the office—everything can be done in one go from the comfort of your home!

Why Make the Switch?

This online system saves you time, avoids confusion, and ensures your booking is confirmed quickly. It also helps our town clerk focus on other important tasks, rather than handling rental requests over the phone. So next time you need to rent a building, skip the call and visit us online!

We’re proud to make these improvements and appreciate your support as we continue to make things easier for the whole town.
